New network move

New network move

Morning, I would normally log a 'fault' but im not sure that the first line team will understand what im on about as they didn't before when they cancelled my move to your new network which I wasn't aware was happening.

Is there any way anyway can push this through for a fresh move to the new network? I'm having random packet loss issues on the old network so hoping the move will help? My connection has been going downhill for the last few months, not speed wise but quality wise compared to how it used to be so hopefully a move to the new network will help.
