Had fibre connected on 8th dec speeds all over the place disconnecting at least once a day.the red light is on on the router all other lights ok restart router all ok again. Sometimes all lights are green but cannot connect to Internet then all of a sudden all ok .should I reset the bt modem. I am using the plusnet router. Any help would be appreciated

On Friday and Sunday there were a large amount of disconnections showing on your line. There have been some since then but nowhere near the same amount.
If you're still experiencing problems with your connection then as others have advised, the best bet is to open a fault ticket with us at http://faults.plus.net
