New fibre slower than expected.

Just got my fibre installed yesterday and I was quoted an estimate speed of 64meg but it's currently running at 37ish.
I know that the actual speed is often slower than what was estimated but this seems quite a bit slower.
Also the upload is only 1.82 which seems very low.
I signed up for the extra package but is they're any chance I've accidentally been put on the standard one as I understand
that one limits the upload to 2meg.
I tested it via ethernet not WiFi.

Hi and welcome to the PN forum
It certainly looks as you've been provisioned on 40/2 by mistake.  Hopefully on of the PN will pick this up and make the necessary changes soon.  Also, hopefully they'll feed this upwards as well as there are far too many mistakes being made at the moment!

As pwatson has guessed you were put on the wrong offering.
I've placed a order to change this and it'll complete Monday.
