New fibre - slow downloads speeds

Hi,
So I've just upgraded to the full fibre package, engineer installed yesterday and left me with speeds of 69 mbs download 16 upload in the morning all fine.
I noticed after 12pm speeds seems slower so have since done numerous speed tests and am consistently getting 4mps download and 11mbs upload - I thought your download was faster than the upload what gives any ideas? I've tried resetting the router, thanks in advance.

It's likely that the profile on our side needs a kick. I'll go and take a look now.

Yep, that's sorted now. If you don't see an improvement in speed then just log in to your router and press disconnect, wait a short while and press connect.
