New fibre, slow dl & ul

I've recently upgraded from ADSL to Fibre 40/20. It was installed on 7th April and worked straightaway. I've done numerous speed tests over the past 10 days and the upload & download have never gone above 10Mbps which was little or no improvement on the speed I used to get. I wonder if a profile has not been updated? Or there's something else afoot? Could someone look into it, please?

Have you done a bt speed test http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ just wonder what is your ip profile set to.

were those tests wired or wireless

A single disconnect/reconnect should sort this. Your current connection session started a minute or two before the speed profile updated on our side.
