New fibre order automatically cancelled?

Hi re ticket 105062830
I placed an order yesterday evening, but it seems there's been a snag, I have called in but couldn't really get an answer on this any ideas?

Thanks - yes our postcode changed years and years ago - but sometimes it pops up - usually telco related!.

That explains it then!
I've replaced the order now and I'm just waiting for a appointment date to come back.
However it won't be the same as the one you chose yesterday I'm afraid.

Just had an email saying Plusnet sorry to see me moving to another provider - I am guessing this is just a side effect of my new order? Smiley

Yup that's correct.
Because your moving from a old technology (20CN) to Fibre the old technology gets shut down.
The e-mail is sent out in error so you don't have to worry about any charges.

And the appointments booked for the 10th between 8am and 1pm.
Let me know if that needs changing.
