Just been upgraded today to fibre @ 40megs. Checked the speed and wondered what was going on.
Download = 6 megs. (Was getting 7 megs before with standard line.
upload = 18 megs. (was getting 0.2 before fibre installed.
Mmmm.

The profile on our end was set incorrectly however I can see it's increased now so everything should be okay. Let us know if your still having issues

As per the responses in your other thread the speeds your getting are within the estimates for your line.
