Hi I have a fibre install booked for 11th Feb. I currently have standard BB with plusnet. I paid for IIRC a new fibre router when I upgrated on the website. Nothing has arrived, will the engineer bring it (not sure as wont it be an Openreach guy?) or will it get posted? I've had nothing yet thanks! Derek
The routers are normally sent out to arrive a couple of days prior to the engineer, I've just ordered it now for you so it should arrive in the next couple of days.
