Hi PN staff, I've just reported a fault. After a period of dodgy speeds, this morning my speeds are way down & the BTW tester is showing a fault which I have reported.
If possible, in order to speed up the resolution of the fault, could one of the EXCELLENT PN forum staff please take ownership?
Thanks in advance,
NJ

Testing your line is showing that it's in sync within the estimates and the throughput is only very slightly below where we'd expect it to be. What speeds have you have previously as the estimates for your line are:

Thanks Chris for the prompt service.
I've just finished working with a buddy at my end & it appears that it's a problem with my laptop. Basically it's slightly knackered! Now to start looking for a replacement, deep joy.
Kind regards,
NJ

No worries, I'll drop the ticket back over to you. If you reply it'll come straight back to the forum team so it'll only be us dealing with it.
