New fibre connection high ping

Hi all apologies if this has already been asked. My fibre connection went live today, speed tests look fine but I've noticed the ping results have increases by some 15ms, could this be because dlm now use a default interleaving profile for new line connections?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks…

Our tests aren't showing any causes for this, looking at the DLM profile there's currently no error protection or interleaving showing, the full profile is "0.128M-40M Downstream, Error Protection Off - 0.128M-10M Upstream, Error Protection Off"

What's the actual latency you're getting and do you see any spikes over time?

@Gandaif thanks for your reply, my line speed is good I'm just curious to understand why the ping has increased. Please see the speedtests below. I wondered if DLM has applied interleaving due to the ISP switch. Thanks...

No problem, it's a bit of a mystery although I'd say that a latency of 33ms is still really good.

If this is causing any issues can you run a traceroute and post up the results?
