New fibre broadband issues

Posted a few weeks ago but trying to get twitter updates to merge with forum. Since upgrading to fibre the service is no better than normal broadband. It keeps dropping out and when trying to watch you tube or iplayer it keeps freezing and thats only when one debive running. It has not been worth the upgrade.
