Hello
When i was ordering unlimited fiber from Plusnet i was guaranteed line speed 21-25 Mbps, my fiber was connected today but downstream on my router shows only 15Mbps, i had 17 mbps on talktalk standard broadband. Tried to reset router, would it change in next 10 days?

quick check - what upstream does the router show as it is possible that you aren't actually on fibre

I can answer that - the BT database still thinks that you are on TalkTalk so doesn't give the proper answer

Fault founded. Don`t understand how but line cable supplied with plus.net router was faulty. changed cable and speed increased. Not cosmic but already better.
Thanks for trying to help.
