New faster fibre

Just recently changed to Plusnet and went for fibre plus. Was given a minimum guarantee speed of 45mps. Since I went live only managed 40mps for about an hour and only really get about 30mps. Any advice or similar issues that were resolved by Plusnet. Thinking about cancelling or dropping to the lower price fibre as I’m nowhere near what they promised on the speed test.
