New customer today

Had all the emails to say phone line and fibre broadband switched and ready to go. Erm, absolutely nothing working. No phone line and the router is flashing red not blue after turning it on for the first time.... It’s been flashing red for 30 mins now and no dial tone on the phone. Assume a call tomorrow... not good service for a new customer as of today 😞
