New customer slow speeds (another one...)

Hello,

 

My 10 day "settling in period" is up tomorrow, i've lost approx 16mbps download speed from my previous BT speed, this is both wired and wireless and has been fairly consistent for some days now.

How soon can I expect my speed to return to normal?

 

P.S. my router seems to be saying i'm getting a better speed than the bt wholesale speedtest, what's going on?Huh

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your connection in the router?
