New customer....problems with router

Hi just had a new plusnet router installed.
Got the message that the fibre broadband is on .
But the router is showing orange with a flashing b.
All connections are good and sound. Reset the router hub with the correct log in.
Phone line good and clear.
I'm thinking the broadband is not switched on at the local exchange as this has happened before with a previous supplier.
Waste of time trying the phone .pretty poor, thinkng of cancelling .unaceptable!

I have the same problems, switch on date was 3rd December and was all fine but today has been on and off and now totally off 😤
