New customer, poor download speeds

Hi,
I have been on unlimited fibre extra for 2 weeks now. My stated line speed was 49.9-69.8 Mbps. I've been patient heeding the warnings that initially my speeds might be slow however I've barely ever seen download speeds exceed 30, and sometimes dropped below 10. Tonight I'm getting 3-4, about as good as when I had standard broadband with talktalk! By contrast upload speeds have been very good, steady at 17-18 Mbps (except tonight when it's below 1) however this is scant consolation.
I tried the link for the automated fault checker your joining email pointed me to however it was asking questions about my BT modem so guessed this was hardly going to help. Our phone seems to be fine.
Please can you investigate?
