Hi all, I wish I had read all these posts about Plusnet customer service before signing up to them. I though post office was bad but assumed Plusnet was the provider to go to.
Signed up easily making initial debit card payment and then future dd, no router arrived so used online chat to check progress, no apology or explanation other than delay with order, told router would be sent out to me which is the 10th, service to apparently to go live on the 13th. I don’t have much confidence, check e mails to see I’m Being charged for router postage, now I phone them and told router is being posted and a credit for postage to be made, my concern is after reading unhappy customers about routers not arriving and poor customer service I am thinking I should have stayed with post office even though they are a shambles. This really doesn’t give me any confidence in Plusnet...
