So after buying their best fibre & phone and having my install date changed twice, taking the day off work, I had a no show engineer!
Very disappointed as the person who recommended me has given Plusnet 15+ customers.
Anyone else currently dealing with the poor service?
Im now currently waiting 48hours to find out why there was a no show & I was told I will 'hopefully' have it installed by Christmas when my first installation date was mid November
