Hi everyone. You will have to bear with me as abit of a newbie hear. Just got connected today with fiber broadband. Done a speedtest and all I'm getting is 1.5 mbps download. Now I know it says speed will fluctuate for first couple weeks but this slow!! 2 days ago I was with another ISP and was getting between 13mbps and 25mbps.
I've tried rebooting router unplugging it just doesn't change the speed.
We only use wi fi as dont have any pc or laptop just an xbox one. But was doing wi fi speedtest with other ISP and as I say a huge difference. Any ideas much appreciated.
