New customer hardware question

My broadband transfers to plus net on 15th December but haven’t received the hardware for the plus net fibre broadband connection yet and cannot get in contact with customer service

Hi @Hudsonjames. The router is sent out a few days before you go live. Yours has been sent through today and you'll receive it in the next few days. We send via Royal Mail first class. I hope this helps, Chris.
