New customer- can’t authenticate connection on router

Hi
I’m a new customer and can’t connect my router the internet.
It’ll connect when I reset to username setup@plusdsl.net; but I have no internet access (bar the plus.net site)
I disconnect and change credentials to {myusername}@plusdsl.net with correct password but it won’t authenticate...
Is it definitely the password you use for logging into plus.net? Or some weird thing like using the hubs admin password or router MAC address or something like that?

It’s working now. Perhaps I was just being too impatient. Looks like it came on around 01:00. Was told could take up to midnight so only an hour late 😃

That's not too bad. Mine was "only" 11 hours late. #firstworldissues
