New customer - broadband not working

Hi, I got the email saying broadband was ready yesterday but broadband light on the hub is still flashing red. Have followed advanced troubleshooting steps, plugged into NTE 5 test socket and still nothing. Tried calling but automated message said not taking calls and to post in the community... Can anyone at Plusnet help?

Got through to a person. Seems to be a problem with the router so will have to wait for a new one.
