Hello
I'm on Day 8 of switch to PN Unlimited Fibre Extra. Upload speed is critical for my home office work. I chose this package to expect at least near the 7Mb upload speed. I've checked up speeds everyday so far at 1.86. This is way below what I require. I note from this post that a customer with a similar upload problem was addressed and fixed. Can anyone help me please?

Upload speed has now updated to 8Mb. That's great – thank you! Am I able to see an increase in my current download speed (+ - 34Mb), to the BT line estimated top speed of 41MB ? (as my Unlimited Fibre Extra Package allows for up to 76Mb – from which I'm way off!)

Glad to hear the upload speed has increased!
With regards to the download speeds if they're slightly below the estimate there may be nothing we can do as our suppliers will only accept it as a fault if the speeds are massively below the estimates.
