I'm new at Plusnet and my Fibre should work now, except it doesn't.
I did both BT tests and they connect reliably fine on all ports.
When I use my real username it doesn't (CHAP authentication failed). I even changed the pw, as some posts here suggested.
Using email@example.com I can verify that my username and pw is correct, since it won't accept wrong ones.
I was even able to connect to plus.net for a second, but I was unable to reproduce it.
So, what's going on here?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
Could you try that again now please.
It looks like the order had completed but automation didn't update the account to activate the broadband side of things.
I've manually updated this now so you should be able to authenticate and get online.
