Hi, I've just switched to Plusnet and am having problems connecting to some devices wirelessly. They all worked yesterday after a few attempts but today my connection has gone off completely 4 times and I have one device that just will not connect again. I tried to look at the hub settings after googling and changing the 2.4/5 ghz settings but it didnt make a difference. Can anyone help? Most of my devices are Apple. The device that wont connect says that it will only work with 2.4ghz channel.
