Asking for a friend, how long do you have to wait for your broadband to be switched over to Plusnet? From BT
Order was 29/08, for phone and broadband and they were quick to take the money
Can you cancel after after waiting all this time, as it looks like its not going to get switched over and not going to get cash back card either
It did say it would take 10 days to switch, just didn't say what month they maybe do it
