New User-Line speed Also dropped to 21Mb

Hi have posted here https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/line-speed-dropped-to-21-Mb/m-p/1337778#M39297 but think I really should've started own thread so........

My line speed has dropped to 21Mb as stated,in the previous post I noticed the solution from Chris Parr was a Plusnet Profile Mismatch,is it possible the same has happened to my line?
Could this be checked and corrected if so

Hi there,

I've just looked into this and the speed profile is set correctly so it doesn't appear to be due to the same issue.

Were you connecting over WiFi when you observed the 21mb result?
