New Order Unlimited Fibre (Without Phone)

Hello - I have just signed up for "Unlimited Fibre (Without Phone)", and will be switching from BT. I am a little concerned that this means that I am still with BT for phoneline. I don't want a phone at all as I don't use it.

Is this the case or is everything switched over and BT cancelled in full? It wasn't very clear.

You still need a phone line even if you don't make or receive any phone calls. Your broadband is supplied over the phone line so if you cancel it the Unlimited Fibre service will stop. It would probably have been cheaper to order both phone and broadband from PlusNet.

If you have a Smarthub 6 then use it instead of the Plusnet Hub One, which is a Home Hub 5a with tweeked firmware. You will find how to set it up on the Router board.
