Hi there, just looking for some advise, I managed to get my bro to sign up to plusnet fibre from sky adsl, his install date is next wednesday but can anyone advise if anyone comes to install a master socket or anything, hes going from adsl to fibre but I dont beleive he's told been anything about any engineer coming. He has received the router.
Noone visits anymore, the engineer does his bit at the cabinet.
However if he has a number of extensions fitted it is likley he won't get the best speeds, and will have to report a fault before someone comes out and fits a filtered Master socket.
