New Fibre install,Poor download,great upload

Hi All,
        as title says,upgraded to the plusnet top package,download speed seems to have stayed the same,but my upload has increased,any ideas?
Have tested with wireless and ethernet cable.

current line speed probably needs sorting - try chat to get it fixed

Hi,tested it again with ethernet cable now showing between 56-69mbs download and wireless between 18-50mbs depending whereabouts in the house iam,thanks
for the help,will check over the next week to confirm.
