Hi awaiting an engineer on Mon 14th Aug to install fibre broadband -checked my account regarding router but still does not record as sent , states pending-no text or email to say router sent-when can I expect router to be sent , text confirmation and received as installation booked for 14th ( today 13th)?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
