New Fibre Upgrade

Nice BT man has just left after installing my new Hub One. Unfortunately the upstream speed is twice the downstream  (9Mh/18Mh appx). The downstream speed I expect is because the profile has not been altered (does that still apply on fibre?). The Hub One is syncing at 78Mhz. If there is a helpful plusnet man reading this I would be grateful for a fix. The waiting time on the phone is 30 mins.

Eventually all came good at about 18.15. Unfortunately only after a 35 min wait to get to plusnet by phone and two on line chats one of which broke off half way through. All good now tho' apart from the chat person who tried to explain to me that downstream speed cannot be expressed in Mhz. I eventually converted it to Mb/s but it's difficult for a retired broadcasting engineer being told the basics!
