New Fibre Installation Not Achieving Speed

Hey there, I am quite new to this so please be nice  Smiley
I had fibre installed (72 down, 11 up) at my house the other day and I am not getting anywhere near the speed I should be.
I was wondering if someone could give some advice/look into this for me please?
At the moment I am getting 20 down and 18 up.

I'm just having a look at this now, can you let me know if the speeds you're seeing are wired or wireless?

Your line is connected to the exchange at a much lower speed than I'd expect based on your estimates, it's currently in sync at 22Mbps. Can you run through the faults troubleshooter at https://faults.plus.net so we can get this reported.

Hey thanks for that. I have submitted a report for it.
Any ideas why it would be in sync at a lower rate?

It could be that there's a fault on the line but we won't know for sure until our Faults team investigate.
You should have a response in the next 72 hours.

It's going to need a engineer visit to investigate further.
