New Fibre Customer - Wrong Profile?

Hi,

Have switched from BT Infinity 2 to Unlimited Fibre Extra. Seem to be throttled to ADSL2 speed at the minute. It's been over 10 days since the switch so was expecting a speed increase which hasn't happened yet

 

Was getting a solid 78/19 Down/Up with BT but seem to have been 20/20 since the switch

I'm just having a look at this for you now.

For some reason the profile on our end was changed to a ADSL one.

I've changed this now and if you retest it in the next 5 minutes your speeds should increase

Thanks, have tested and is now correct speed.
