My new fibre connection for the last ten days has been around 34mbs which is just about what I should be getting. However my speed has now dropped to around 19mbs. could you advise me if I have a problem with my connection. I am using a cable and not wifi on my computer - but am a novice user for anything else.
Help would be much appreciated.
