New Fibre Connection won't connect

My fibre connection was due to be activated on 30th April but the light still remains red on the router with no connection.  I used the account username and password which appear correct @ plusdsl.net but the status remains as “disconnected”.  When the details are reset to setup@plusdsl.net, the status appears as connected but I there is still no internet.

 

I have tried to wait to see if the system is maybe slow to activate the account.

 

Update:  Did some further research and a solution posted in this thread finally worked (change account/customer password). https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/No-Broadband-after-Fibre-switchover-worst-decision-of-...
