New Fiber Install

Hi

 

i have just been switched over from BT. 

I plugged the router in to the master socket, and allowed the system to setup. Connected via wifi, but just got orange lights.

Read posts on the forum, and it suggested login in as Admin and resetting password. Did this in the web, then logged in to admin and reset the password. Then rebooting computer and router. Twice.

still just get static orange lights

help please

You might just need to be activated at PN's end, hopefully one of the support guys will be able to do this for you shortly.
