New Fiber Broadband: wifi keeps dropping

Moved to Plusnet - Unlimited Fibre Extra recently. My wifi keeps dropping multiple times during the day. Interestingly the ethenet connection continue to work fine (my TV is wired to the same Router). The only way things come back to normal are by resetting the router. Having to do this multiple times a day is unstainable. If things continue this way, i will have no option to leave in the first month of my new contract :(.
Router: Hub One
Make: Sagem
Plan: Unlimited Fiber Extra
Need urgent help.

Have tried the option of extending the lease to 21 days. lets see if that works.

This didnt fix the problem. Have reverted back. Also tried diasbling 5GHz but that didnt work either.
I have a BT hub 6. i will now try to cofigure that as my last resort. I am at loss of words at such apalling state of affairs. How can a company be selling a defective service with known issuses. Apalling!!!
