New FTTC Install, speed slower?

Hi there,
Just had the engineer visit to install FTTC, he did a test and said that I can get 75/20mb download/upload.
However, I just needed to move the router and disconnected it for about 5 minutes, now I have done a test and its getting 35.5/15mb download/upload.
I presume its because something to do with the profile, just wondering if PlusNet staff could reset my profile.

OK, internet just got worse, im on my old speeds now

Probably worth disconnecting and reconnecting the router (NOT modem) to make sure you take advantage of any profile changes.
Hopefully someone from PlusNet will pick up on your post and make sure your profile is correct.

Yeah, rebooted the modem, still got the speeds I had previously, the BT speedtest site shows 4.5mb download and 18.5mb upload, so upload seems fine, just the download has been reset to what I had before the FTTC install.

Prod Plusnet either with Live Chat or telephone call.  LiveChat is probably quicker and easier.
