New FTTC Connection Speed Issue

Hi,
I've posted previously about my trials with getting a FTTC connection - now I've finally got one!
HOWEVER...
Although my upload speeds have increased exponentially, my download speeds have not budged. BTW speedtest results attached. As most here know, the FTTC 10 day wait for speed is a myth... so what's going on?
In the absence of staff at this late hour, could one of you tell me how to find the attenuation and noise stats on my Hub one? I'm sure I found it yesterday but can't find it for the life of me now.
Thanks.

Re: New FTTC Connection Speed Issue

Phone exchange:
TAUNTON
Estimated line speed:
80Mb (This may vary between 21Mb and 21Mb) - Checked on 2016-01-20 11:22:56
Current line speed:
17.2 Mb
Please say I can get more than 21mb?!

Re: New FTTC Connection Speed Issue

NP, you can't get much better sync speeds, so as per OldJim, you will need to get PN adjust the line.
