I was switched over to Plusnet this evening. Everything seemed to be working ok at first.
However the connection randomly dropped, I think it coincided with adding on a static ip in your portal. I then updated my Plusnet password, as it was quite a complicated one, and was wondering if my router was failing to accept some of the special characters.. Since then I've unable to connect, the router logs keep saying PPP Authentication failed. I've tried resetting the password again but i'm still unable to connect.
If I reset the Plusnet router, it trys to connect using email@example.com, which connects fine, but doesn't let me out of the Plusnet walled garden.
