New Customer

I’m a new customer with plusnet and received my router on Friday. I got a text to say my phone line was ready to go so I plugged in the phone and it seems to be fine. I got an email on Friday evening to say my broadband was ready but no text (which I was told I would have) and my broadband still isn’t working. I have tried everything such as moving the router to the main plug rather than an extension but nothing is working, still an orange light with red flashing broadband light. my phone line has a dial tone. I have tried calling but apparently the lines are too busy..
