New Customer

My diary as a new customer starts here.
The engineer was originally due to visit this afternoon (30th July) but following a courtesy call yesterday I agreed to reschedule the visit to this morning; between 8 and 9 o' clock. It's now 10.30 and I am still on SKY and no engineer.
Not a good start.
I'll keep you posted.

Re: New Customer

Hi there,
I've had a look at your account and can't see any requests to change the appointment time. The confirmation email we sent you shows PM today and nobody has looked at your account since you signed up, so we have no record of any appointment changes. Sorry for any confusion here, but the appointment still looks booked in for this PM.

Re: New Customer

Might have been me getting confused from yesterday's call. It was difficult to tell what the engineer was saying. And 8 till 9 does seem to be a tight appointment.
I'm still happy with the afternoon appointment.

Was that a call to you by the engineer ? Could it have been the Openreach Engineer rather than PlusNet wanting to reschedule ?

The orders were still showing fine when I checked earlier, could be any time up until 6pm.
