New Customer - poor fibre speed

Hi,
Was told to expect between 39Mb-39Mb, which i thought was a bit weird, speed was up and down first few days around 28-30Mb, now its settled at 21Mb.  Is there something that needs to be done to sort this speed out?

Thanks for raising this with us, the reason you were given that estimate is that the actual estimate for your line is above the stop speed of the package which is "up to 39bps"
Diagnostics don't show anything obvious but do bare with us and our faults guys will get back to you soon.

Thanks Adam, there was some issue with my settings and my line speed is now 32Mb, which is an improvement but still below the 39Mb i expected.
