New Customer (from BT) - Cannot connect via RT-N66u router

Setup: BT OpenReach Modem -> Asus RT-N66u router.
I have entered the correct username & password.
However, receiving 'incorrect username and/or password' message.
Is this a problem on the Plusnet side? Perhaps my account has not been correctly configured.
FYI - Phone line is fine

Good morning,
the activation had not triggered on our side, I've corrected this now, if you try to connect you should be able to authenticate now.
Let me know if you have any issues
