It's really odd that we can't seem to explain, as your speeds are within expectations we can't investigate further as the only other option we have available is an engineer visit. I'd keep an eye on things and hopefully your speed will improve further.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Hi,

I’ll wait until the 10 days is past and if the throughput speed hasn’t increased I’ll use the method to cap my line to reduce the errors to force it to go RTX-low. :).

If you're still noticing problems after the 10 days just drop us a further comment here and we'll look into this further.

As @Gandalf mentioned, It's likely at that point we may need an engineer visit.

Can you do a GEA Test and check sync and everything is okay. Thanks

Delighted to confirm that the GEA test is showing your sync speed at 80mb/s. I've added a copy of the GEA test to your open ticket here.
