New Customer - Packet Loss

I have recently become a Plusnet customer, broadband went live on Wednesday 20th Jan. 

Everything so far has been okay, but today is the first time I have used my Xbox One with the new broadband. Trying to play Rocket League and constantly flashing on the screen is the symbol for packet loss and the game isn't running as smoothly as normal.

Before the change in provider, this wasn't a problem but now it is.

I have tried both using my standard wired connection and wireless connection and it occurs on both. 

I haven't changed anything else but the router. All wires, filter and router location remain unchanged. 

There is only my Xbox connected to the router.


Any help would be appreciated.
