New Customer No Connection

Hi there, my connection switched over to plusnet today and I got a text confirmation that it was good to go. I've plugged in the new router and it won't connect and router is solid orange. It's been this way for over an hour so far. I can see it is connected to the fibre OK from the advanced settings but just won't connect with username and password. Is there something you guys can check at your end? Username is [removed]. Thank you!

The order on the line has completed however it can take a few hours in some cases for the account to trigger activation, I've done this manually now and you should be able to connect immediately
