New Customer Fibre Broadband Speed Less than Half Estimate

Hi

I switched from BT Infinity 2 to Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra 15 days ago but I am getting less than half the download speed of my estimate for my line when I ordered.  I have tried different speed test sites and all report I've a download speed of approx. 20Mbps.  Here are the latest results from BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test:

There's every chance that you're on an ADSL2+ profile - have a look at your IP Profile. The BT one is 43.5 going by the screenshot. Your Current Line Speed should be just a little lower, but probably isn't.

Should be sorted now. Can you try a disconnect/reconnect.

Yeah looks like something is wrong with my Plusnet profile.
